 Client Situation:
Parent's Action (formerly called I Am Your Child) is a philanthropic foundation envisioned, founded, and championed by Rob Reiner. In a quest to better the future for our children through more successful parenting, the client provides educational materials aimed at teaching valuable parenting skills.
KDS Solution: Realizing that non-profit clients have special circumstances, we developed a solution for Parent's Action that balanced their desire for both minimal inventory and a minimum number of back-orders.
Result: Parent's Action was very pleased with the personal attention they received from our solutions specialists.
